If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us for a return authorization. Once processed, you can return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we'll process a refund for the item (less shipping) back to the original payment method.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return


Interested in becoming a member of our Trade program? 
We are happy to offer trade pricing to registered design professionals.
We offer trade pricing on all regularly priced merchandise for purchases made by the designer and paid for using funds of the designer. We reserve the right to revoke authorization or discontinue the program at any time.


Interested in becoming a wholesale partner?
To be considered as a Wholesale account, please email us with the following information:

-Shop location
-Focus of shop
-Storefront Verification - this can be photos of your shop or a website link
-List of at least 5 lines carried in your shop
-Resale Certificate

We will verify that we are able to open new accounts and that your shop is not in conflict with any existing accounts.
